Dane Design Australia - Richardson residence
A sensational family home on the beach
front has won the coveted Design Excellence
Award at the 2008 National Building
Awards. Dane Richardson, principal of
Dane Design Australia designed the
family residence, located in Dunsborough,
Western Australia, was labelled the
best design for 2007.
The home consists of three levels
within a modern geometrical building
shape and incorporates a contemporary
beach house theme.
The designer used timber columns to
define the home and ensure privacy. The
home is open and successfully engages
with the landscaped yard areas and the
great views.
